Einmalzahlung oder Verrentung?
Natürlich ist es die individuelle Entscheidung jedes "verkaufenden Maklers" welche Vergütung
er für das Vertragsgeflecht zwischen ihm, seinen Kunden und den Versicherungsunternehmen bevorzugt. Nach unserer Erfahrung wird eher die "Einmalzahlung" gewählt, auch wenn diese
unter Umständen steuerliche "Nachteile" mit sich bringen kann.
Nun regt der Newsletter des Portals Finanzpraxis.com - eine als englische LTD firmierende Informationsplattform - vom 25.06.2014 zu folgener Überlegung an:
"Eine Alternative kann daher eine Art Bestandsrente sein. Dabei wird der Kaufpreis nicht in
voller Höhe sofort fällig, sondern es werden beispielsweise 70 Prozent aus den aktuellen jährlichen Bestandsprämien-Einnahmen jährlich ausgezahlt. Jedes Jahr, solange der Bestand besteht."
Die betreffenden Makler sollten überlegen, ob eine Abgabe des Bestandes und damit auch reduzierte oder gegen Null gehende Einflussmöglichkeit auf die Bestandsentwicklung die
optimale Lösung für die persönliche Altersversorge darstellt. Es bleibt oft im Unklaren, was
der neue "Eigentümer" mit dem Bestand machen wird.
Gut überlegen - dann entscheiden
Folgende Fragen sollte man sich stellen, bevor man den Gedanken der "Verrentung"
nach vollständige oder teilweiser Abgabe des eigenen Bestandes weiter verfolgen will:
- Deckt der neue Besitzer wegen einer anderen Beratungsphilosophie den Bestand um?
Damit würde dann auch die "Verrentung" sehr schnell sinken.
- Verkauft der neue Besitzer den Bestand weiter?
Damit würde bei ungünstiger Vertragskonstallation die Verrentung komplett ausfallen.
Aus unserer Beratungspraxis empfehlen wir außerdem, sich den entsprechenden Aufkäufer
bzw. Verrentungs-Partner genau unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Die Beratungsphilosophie und
die Finanzkraft des Aufkäufers verdienen besondere Aufmerksamkeit. Ziehen Sie als Makler
in Ihre Überlegungen die Erfahrungen von tausenden Kunden ein, die ihre Lebensversicherungen an diverse LV-Aufkäufer über eine ratierliche Auszahlung abgetreten haben und die damit "auf
die Nase gefallen" sind.
Bares ist Wahres?
Verrentung mit soliden Partnern sind eine Möglichkeit. Ansonsten gilt wohl eher der alte
Spruch: "Bares ist Wahres". Und eine Einmalzahlung z.B. in eine sofortbeginnende
lebenslange Rentenversicherung zu investieren, kann ja auch ein Weg sein.
